REALTY CAPITAL’S QUENTIN CARUSO RECEIVES AWARD FOR PROMOTING INDUSTRY DESIGNATION
ORLANDO, Fla. (December 21, 2005) Quentin Caruso, CCIM, vice president of Realty Capital, one of the fastest growing independent commercial real estate service providers in the region, has received the 2005 “CCIMY Award” from the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute / Central Florida District the organization’s version of Hollywood’s Emmy Award. The award recognizes Caruso’s achievements to promote the CCIM designation one of the industry’s top professional designation for experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate -- within the Central Florida District.

Caruso, a University of Central Florida graduate, has been with Realty Capital for eight years and specializes in industry leasing and sales. He has managed more than $50 million in real estate transactions over the past five years.
