Realty Capital’s Elliott Jamison Facilitates Land Sale, 14,900 Square-Foot Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (December 17, 2007) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, facilitated the sale of .55 acres of land at 3920 Edgewater Drive in College Park. The land sold for $700,000. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Elliott Jamison, and Consultant, David Wright, represented the seller – Ken and Joan Mellick.
Jamison also represented landlord Two Towers, LLC in the following leases:

Randall Mechanicall, Inc. leased 6,000 square feet at 151 N. Wymore Road, Suite 410, in Altamonte Springs. The lease is for three years.

Assent Consulting Group leased 5,464 square feet at 101 N. Wymore Road, Suites 100/108 and 401, in Altamonte Springs. The lease is for 38 months.

Associated Land Surveying and Mapping leased 2,089 square feet at 101 N. Wymore Road, Suites 110 and 111, in Altamonte Springs. The lease is for three years.

American Republic Insurance leased 1,370 square feet at 101 N. Wymore Road, Suites 101 and 314, in Altamonte Springs. The lease is for one year.
