REALTY CAPITAL MANAGES SEVERAL REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL LEASES AND SALES
ORLANDO, Fla. (December 15, 2005) Realty Capital, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed several major regional industrial transactions:

The sale of a 20,000 square-foot industrial property at 2439 SW 7th Street in Winter Haven. The property sold for $840,000. Austin and Quentin Caruso, CCIM, represented the seller. Ben Crosby of Crosby & Associates represented the buyer;

Austin and Quentin Caruso also represented International Truck & Engine Corporation from Illinois in two build-to-suit-to-lease transactions. Realty Capital located the land and negotiated the leases with the owners/developers to build the buildings and lease it to International Truck & Engine. The buildings, currently under construction and each at 20,000 square feet, will be in Daytona Beach and Palm Bay.

Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, managed the lease of 12,000 square feet of industrial space at East Group Properties’ Sunport Facility in Orlando. Caruso represented the tenant -- Alpha Logistics, a third party logistics company representing Office Depot.
In addition to these transactions, Morgan Wiseman, CCIM, vice president, negotiated the lease of 6,400 square feet of space at CrownPointe Commerce Park for Bryn-Alan Studios. Wiseman represented the landlord.
