Realty Capital Hires Two Senior Staff Associates
ORLANDO, Fla. (December 11, 2007) – Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate providers in the region, has hired two senior staff associates: Jim Wallace as Vice President and Dale Marcellus as Vice President.
Jim Wallace has spent many years as the Central Florida Land Acquisition Manager for the Lennar Corporation where his primary responsibility was negotiating large-scale acquisitions and dispositions. At Realty Capital, he will manage residential and land transactions. Wallace obtained his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
Dale Marcellus has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 23 years. Since 1999, he has specialized in medical office brokerage for Commons Medical Development. Marcellus is a native of Orlando. At Realty Capital, he will manage medical office brokerage including leasing, sales, site selection and property management.
