Realty Capital Facilitates More Than 9,000 Square Feet Of Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (November 21, 2008) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

Tim’s Healthy Hair Care Center leased 1,000 square feet at 1720 N Goldenrod Road – in Orlando. The lease is for five years. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Jason Bantel, and Vice President, Elliott Jamison represented the landlord – Toscana Office Park, LLC.

Absolute Tour & Travel leased 1,120 square feet at International Festival Center – in Orlando. The lease is for five years. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Crystal Hanley, and Associate, FJ Martinez, represented the landlord – International Festival Center. Outside broker was Luciania Martins with Century 21 Carioti.

Arraigning Pixels leased 2,017 square feet at 2151 Consulate Drive – in Orlando. The lease is for 36 months. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, and Senior Associate, Chris Means represented the landlord – MZI, Inc.

US Army Corps of Engineers leased 1,440 square feet at 200 E Palm Valley Drive, Suite 1060 – in Oviedo. The lease is for 1 year. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Bill Stephens, Jr., represented the landlord – Palm Valley Rentals.
