Realty Capital Facilitates Over 46,000 Square Feet In Transactions

ORLANDO, Fla. (November 15, 2011) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following sale/lease transactions:

• Realty Capital’s Vice President, Darryl Dotherow, CCIM and Associate, Alex Scures, completed four leases totaling 2,160 square feet at Grand National Plaza in Orlando.

• D. Booth, LLC recently purchased a 16,205 square feet industrial building at 1050 Central Park Drive in Sanford for $640,000.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jim Wilder SIOR, CCIM and Vice President, Bob Lovelace, CCIM, MIA represented the seller.

• AFAM Investments, LLC recently purchased a 7,367 square feet office space at 7751 Kingspointe Parkway in Orlando for $405,185.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jim Wilder, SIOR, CCIM and Vice President, Bob Lovelace, CCIM, MIA represented the seller.

• The Gear Clinic leased 2,165 square feet at 4075-B L.B. McLeod Road in Orlando.  The lease is for three years.  Realty Capital’s President, Charles Frederick, represented the landlord.

• The Divorce Center recently purchased 1,182 square feet office space at 7651 Ashley Park Court in Orlando for $170,000.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jim Wilder, SIOR, CCIM and Vice President, Bob Lovelace, CCIM, MIA represented the seller.

• Maxium Healthcare renewed 2,199 square feet at 2699 Lee Road in Winter Park.  The renewal is for five years.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the landlord.  Todd Davis with Colliers International, represented the tenant.

• Cancer Institute of Florida renewed 3,654 square feet at 10125 W. Colonial Drive in Ocoee.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, and associate, Brian Caruso, represented the landlord.

• Central Florida Sports & Physical Therapy leased 2,500 square feet at 901 Central Avenue in Kissimmee.  The lease is for five years.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, CCIM, represented the landlord.

• Kelly Services renewed 3,160 square feet at the Florida Mall Business Center located at 1650 Sand Lake Road in Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the landlord.

• Ethos Staffing leased 2,549 square feet at the Florida Mall Business Center located at 1650 Sand Lake Road in Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the landlord.

• Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, completed two leases totaling 3,305 square feet at Lakeview Office Park in Winter Park.
