Realty Capital Facilitates More Than 7,000 Square Feet in Office Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (November 13, 2007) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

Lashley, Seland & Rotroff, P.A. leased 2,947 square feet at 919 West State Road 436, in Altamonte Springs. The lease is for five years. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Stephen Caruso and Consultant, David Wright, CCIM, represented the landlord – 919 Building.

Caruso and Wright also facilitated a lease for Albert Carioti who took 2,103 square feet in 1650 Sand Lake Road in Orlando. The lease is for five years. Caruso and Wright represented the landlord – Florida Mall Business Center, LLC.

Enrique G. Guitierrez, M.D., P.A. leased 2,158 square feet at 907B Central Avenue, in Kissimmee. The lease is for three years. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, and Associate, F.J. Martinez represented the landlord – ATCO Partnership III.
