Realty Capital Facilitates More Than $10 Million In Recent Sales

ORLANDO, Fla. (November 13, 2007) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, facilitated the sales of a retail center, some office space, four warehouses, and an office condo.  The transactions are:

• Deltona Fountains, LLC purchased a 38,600 square-foot retail center at 777 Deltona Blvd. in Deltona.  The warehouse sold for $4,370,000.  Realty Capital’s Vice President, Darryl Dotherow, Vice President, David Parsons, and Susan Sands of Discom Realty, represented the seller – Joseph and Eva Formoso. 

• Realty Capital Vice President, Bill Stephens, facilitated the sales in the following transactions:

• • Palm Valley Rentals, LLC purchased an entire floor in an office building totaling 10,165 square feet at 200 East Palm Valley Road in Oviedo.  The floor sold for $2,063,735.  Stephens represented the seller – Palm Valley Professional Center, LLC.

• • A private company purchased three warehouses totaling 24,932 square feet at 5103, 5113, & 5115 Forsyth Commerce Road in Orlando.  The warehouses sold for $2,600,100.  Stephens represented the buyer.  The seller is Lyndol Development.

• REBO Commercial Flooring purchased a 15,000 square-foot warehouse at 520 Clifton Street in Orlando.  The warehouse sold for $925,000.  Realty Capital’s Vice President, Quentin Caruso, CCIM, Associate, Barbara Trovillion Rushing, and Associate, Brian Caruso, represented the seller – Raymond Wann, Trust.

• Lizanne Blais purchased a 1,149 square-foot office condo at 668-670 North Orlando Avenue in Orlando.  The office condo sold for $275,760.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, Vice President, Quentin Caruso, CCIM, and Associate, FJ Martinez, represented the seller – RealtyFund III, LLC.
