Realty Capital Facilitates More Than 61,000 Square Feet In Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (November 6, 2007) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

Wood & Associates Accounting, Inc. leased 957 square feet at 455 Douglas Avenue, in Altamonte Springs. The lease is for three years. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel and Associate, FJ Martinez, represented the tenant. The landlord is Future Holdings, Inc.

Karla E. Valladeres leased 564 square feet at 10125 West Colonial Drive, in Ocoee. Realty Capital Senior Vice President, Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, and Associate, Brian Caruso, represented the landlord – West Orange Professional Center. Bob Gosselin of Gosselin Realty represented the tenant. The lease is for two years.

Perfection Architectural Systems, Inc. renewed its lease for 51,006 square feet at 2310 Mercator Drive, in Orlando. Realty Capital Senior Vice President, James Wilder, CCIM, SIOR, represented the landlord – Clonts Farms, Inc.

Trinity Dollar, Inc. leased 1,456 square feet at 937 Harley Strickland Blvd., in Orange City. The lease is for five years. Realty Capital Vice President, Frank Ayers, represented the landlord – West Volusia Towne Centre.

HAS Golden subleased 3,570 square feet at 100 E. Pine Street, in Downtown Orlando. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Bill Stephens, represented the landlord – Turner and Assoc. Architects and Planners.

Stephens also facilitated a lease together with Realty Capital Associate, Barbara Trovillion Rushing, for CORE Engineering & Construction who took a 2,900 square-foot office and 1,380 square-foot warehouse in 1340 & 1332 Palmetto Avenue in Winter Park. The lease is for three years. Stephens and Rushing represented both the tenant as well as the landlord – Allen Trovillion.
