ORLANDO, Fla. (October 21, 2008) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

Southeast Professional Title leased 2,686 square feet of 2699 Lee Road, Ste. 120 – In Winter Park. The lease is for three years. Realty Capital’s Stephen Caruso, Vice President, Elliott Jamison, Vice President, and Robbie McEwan, Associate represented the landlord – 2699 Lee Road, LLC.

Patriot Building Contractors leased 1,550 square feet at 2716 Rew Circle, Ste 102 – in Ocoee. Realty Capital Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, Vice President, Darryl Dotherow, and Associate, FJ Martinez represented the landlord – CRX IX, Inc. The lease is for six months.

Florida Hospital Centra Care secured 4,500 square feet at 3099 Aloma Avenue – in Winter Park. Realty Capital’s Elliott Jamison, Vice President represented Florida Hospital in the transaction.
