Realty Capital Facilitates More Than $11 Million In Recent Sales
ORLANDO, Fla. (October 16, 2007) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, facilitated the sales of a tract of land, two office spaces, an industrial center, and a retail space. The transactions are:

A 35,960 square-foot building at 4080 North Goldenrod Road in Orlando sold for $2,900,000. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Bill Stephens, represented the seller – Carmike Cinemas.

Airport Investment Properties, LLC purchased a 63,000 square-foot airport industrial center at 7480, 7466, 7452 Narcoossee Road in Orlando. The center included three industrial buildings and three acres of leased outside storage land that sold for $6,750,000. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Darryl Dotherow, and Vice President, David Parsons, represented the seller – Narcoossee Industrial, LLC. Christie Alexander and George Livingston of NAI Realvest represented the buyer.

Fairwinds Credit Union purchased 1.3 acres of land at the new Home Depot anchored shopping center, Vista Palms, on 7037 Narcoossee Road in Orlando. The tract of land sold for $1,578,950. Realty Capital’s Vice President Darryl Dotherow, Senior Vice President James Wilder, SIOR, CCIM, and Chief Executive Officer M.W. Jeffrey Brock, SIOR, CCIM represented the buyer in addition to Dani Murner of KDA Real Estate, LLC.

Marysol Holdings, LLC purchased a 2,363 square-foot office space at 668-670 North Orlando Avenue, Suite 107 in Maitland. The office space sold for $567,120.
