Realty Capital Facilitates More Than 36,000 Square Feet In Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (October 16, 2007) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

WinNelson, Inc. leased 30,750 square feet at 1986-2006 Stanhome Way, in Orlando. The lease is for five years. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR and Vice President Quentin Caruso, CCIM, represented the tenant. Geoffrey Brown represented the landlord – Dr. Phillips, Inc.

Orlando Academy, LLC leased 2,742 square feet at 1650 Sand Lake Road, Suite 115, in Orlando. Realty Capital Vice President, Stephen Caruso and Consultant David Wright, CCIM, represented the landlord – Florida Mall Business Centre, LLC. The lease is for four years.

Exit 10, Inc. renewed its lease for 2,700 square feet at 101 Bunnell Road, in Altamonte Springs. The lease is for two years. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel represented the landlord – Crakes & Sons, Inc.
