Realty Capital Facilitates 11 Acre Land Lease In Orlando
ORLANDO, Fla. (October 14, 2008) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transaction:

Park To Fly, Inc. leased 11 acres located at 7800 Narcoossee Road – in Orlando. Realty Capital’s Darryl Dotherow, Vice President, and David Parsons, Vice President represented the landlord – Moss Park Business Center, LLC. Carter & Associates Bill Parke represented the Tenant. The lease is for 5 years.
