ORLANDO, Fla. (October 12, 2011) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following sale/lease transactions:

KLEAK, LLC recently purchased a 5,936 SF office/warehouse building located at 1020 Railroad Avenue in Winter Park for $685,000. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Darryl Dotherow, CCIM, represented the seller, Embarq Florida, Inc. d/b/a CenturyLink. Lee Zerivitz, CCIM of The Bywater Company represented the buyer.

Dr. Theodore Schwartz renewed 2,200 square feet at 2001 Lee Road in Winter Park. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, represented the landlord.
