Realty Capital Promotes FJ Martinez To Associate; Hires Marketing Coordinator
ORLANDO, Fla. (September 25, 2007) – Realty Capital, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the region, has promoted FJ Martinez to associate and hired Christine Ho as marketing coordinator.
Martinez has been with Realty Capital for three years, working in the firm’s property management division. In his new role, he will specialize in office leasing and sales. Martinez will graduate from Webster University in Spring 2008.
Ho, a University of Florida graduate, will handle the firm’s marketing, real estate listings and related industry reports. Prior to her position with Realty Capital, she was a sales and training manager at Target.
