Realty Capital Facilitates $2.7M Land Sale; 2,600+ Square Foot Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (September 13, 2007) -- Realty Capital / TCN Worldwide, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the market, facilitated the sale of the 8.96 acres on Palmona Street in Clermont. The land sold for $2.7 million. Realty Capital’s Vice President Stephen Caruso represented the buyer – Bentley Commons-Clermont, LLC. The seller was Victor Majewski. Bentley Commons-Clermont, LLC plans to develop a 186-unit independent and assisted living facility on the property.
