Realty Capital Facilitates $1.7 Million Building Sale

ORLANDO, Fla. (August 29, 2007) -- Realty Capital / TCN Worldwide, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the market, facilitated the sale of a 22,000-square-foot building in Orlando.

FECC purchased the building, which sits on 2.47 acres at 3630 Old Winter Garden Road in Orlando. The building sold for $1.7 million. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, and Vice President Quentin Caruso, CCIM, represented the seller – Bennett Truck Equipment Inc.
