X-Press Sales and Service Corporation leased 5,031 square feet at 7518 Narcoossee Road in Orlando. The lease is for seven years. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Darryl Dotherow, represented the landlord.

Orlando Wig Bazaar renewed 2,162 square feet at 668 N Orlando Avenue in Maitland. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, and Vice President, Quentin Caruso, CCIM, represented the landlord.
