Realty Capital Facilitates Over 73,000 Square Feet In Transactions
ORLANDO, Fla. (August 18, 2011) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following sale/lease transactions:

One Senior Place recently purchased a 14,268 office building located at 715 Douglas Avenue in Altamonte Springs for $1.6 million. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jim Wilder, CCIM, SIOR, and Vice President, Darryl Dotherow, CCIM, represented the seller, Windermere Douglas, LLC. Thomas and Booby Hewitt of Hewitt Properties represented the buyer.

Trust International Hotels renewed 6,640 square feet at 1155 S Semoran Blvd in Winter Park. The renewal is for one year. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the landlord. Scott Pamplin with Jones Lang Lasalle, represented the tenant.
