Realty Capital Facilitates Over 26,000 Square Feet In Transactions
ORLANDO, Fla. (August 18, 2009) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

Hardrive Productions, Inc renewed 11,871 square feet at 4085 L.B. McLeod Drive in Orlando. Realty Capital’s President, Charles Frederick, represented the landlord.

University of Central Florida renewed 15,000 square feet at 150 Park Road in Oviedo. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Elliott Jamison, and Senior Associate Robbie McEwan, represented the landlord.
