Realty Capital Facilitates 20,000 Square Feet Of Office Leases

ORLANDO, Fla. (August 15, 2008) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

• Florida Shores Bank leased 3,600 square feet of 4525 Canoe Creek Road, in St. Cloud.  The lease is for two years.  Realty Capital’s Jim Wilder, Senior Vice President, and Jeff Brock, CEO, represented the tenant Florida Shores Bank.

• Barletta Sterner & Associates leased 1,500 square feet at 2917 Canoe Creek Rd, in St. Cloud.  Realty Capital’s Crystal Hanley, Vice President, represented the landlord – Shree Vallah, Inc.  The lease is for five years.

• Realty Capital Vice President Robert Lovelace represented landlord – RealtyFund II, LLC in the following lease transactions:

• Senior Home Care, Inc. leased 1,371 square feet at 455 S. Nova Road, in Ormond Beach.  The lease is for three years.

• Insurance Consultants of Central Florida leased 1,220 square feet at 431 S. Nova Rd., in Ormond Beach.  The lease is for two years.

• Langston Insurance Services of Kissimmee leased 1,859 square feet at 3260 Greenwald Way North, in Kissimmee.  Realty Capital’s Jason Bantel, Senior Vice President, represented the landlord – ATCO Partnership VII.  The lease is for five years.

• CardioSom, LLC leased 1,710 square feet at 2151 Consulate Drive, in Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Elliott Jamison, Vice President, Chris Means, Senior Associate, and Robbie McEwan, Associate, represented the landlord – BF INV, LLC and tenant – CardioSom, LLC.  The lease is for two years.

• Fabio Munroe with Pro Corp Enterprise, Inc. leased 1,922 square feet at 1561 South Alafaya Trail, Suite 200, in Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Elliott Jamison, Vice President, and Chris Means, Senior Associate represented the landlord – Tom and Cathy Wolfrey.  The lease is for two years.

• Realty Capital Vice President Stephen Caruso, Associate Robbie McEwan, and Vice President Elliott Jamison completed the following lease transactions:

• Heather Childers, DDS, PA leased 1,952 square feet at 1650 Sand Lake Road, suite 365, in Orlando.  The lease is for five years.

• Balliett Financial Services, Inc. leased 4,136 square feet at 631 S. Orlando Avenue, Suite 400, in Orlando.  The lease is for five years.

• Realty Capital Vice President Jason Bantel, Vice President Quentin Caruso, & Associate FJ Martinez represented the landlord RealtyFund III in the following lease transactions:

• Kroma Makeup, Inc. leased 1,347 square feet at 670 N Orlando Avenue, Suite 102, in Maitland.  The lease is for sixteen months.
