Realty Capital Negotiates $2.95 Million Sale of Former Kids R Us Building
ORLANDO, Fla. (August 9, 2006) – Realty Capital, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the market, negotiated the sale of the former Kids R Us Building at 1485 Florida Mall Avenue.
