Dr. Clarissa Morales leased 2,544 square feet at 3298 Greenwald Way in Kissimmee. The lease is for five years.

Mainstreet Marketing leased 4,250 square feet of 1687 Timocuan Way, Ste. 109, Longwood. The lease is for three years. Realty Capital’s Jason Bantel, Senior Vice President and FJ Martinez, Associate, represented the landlord – Crakes & Sons, Inc.

O’Neil, Lee & West, Inc., leased 3,234 square feet at 605 East Robinson Street, Ste. 320, Orlando. Realty Capital Vice Presidents, Elliott Jamison and Darryl Dotherow, represented the Tenant. The Landlord was Pan Coastal Limited Partnership. The lease is for five years.
