Realty Capital’s Elliott Jamison Facilitates $1.7 Million Sale, 12,400 Square-Foot Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (July 31, 2007) -- Realty Capital, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the market, facilitated the sale of the 8,716-square-foot 1301 West Colonial building in Orlando. The building sold for $1.7 million. Realty Capital Vice President Elliott Jamison and Consultant David Wright represented the seller Kaufman, Englett & Lynd P.A. The buyer was HEP Real Estate Holdings, LLC.
Jamison also facilitated the following leases:

Avid Engineering subleased 10,092 square feet at 2822 Commerce Park in Orlando from Timeshare Only. The lease is for five years. Jamison represented Avid.

Butterfly Life Fitness Center leased 2,324 square feet at 2920 Citrus Tower Blvd., Suite A, in Clermont. The lease is for five years. Jamison represented Butterfly. The landlord is Lost Lake Reserve, L.C.
