Realty Capital Facilitates Over 244,000 Square Feet in Transactions
ORLANDO, Fla. (July 27, 2011) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following sale/lease transactions:

Silver City Lakeview, LLC recently purchased Lakeview Office Park, a nine building, 225,550 square foot office park located at 1025 Semoran Blvd. in Winter Park, FL. The purchase price was $17.5 Million. Realty Capital's Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan and Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the seller, Rosemont Realty. Geoff Rogers and Mario Guevara of Silver City Partners, Ltd. represented the buyer.

TAM Brazilian Airlines, GAIA, Inc, Diamond Walk-In Clinics and Hospitality Staffing Solutions leased a total of 5,010 SF at 1650 Sand Lake Road in Orlando.
