Realty Capital Facilitates More Than 23,000 Square Feet Of Commercial  Leases

ORLANDO, Fla. (July 9, 2008) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

• Standard Register leased 12,800 square feet at 7703 Kingspointe Parkway, Suite 100 in Orlando.  Realty Capital Senior Vice President, Morgan Wiseman, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord – Windermere Groves, LLC.  The lease is for 42 months.

• Mainstreet Marketing leased 4,250 square feet at 1687 Timocuan Way, Suite 109, Longwood.  Realty Capital Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel and Associate, FJ Martinez represented the landlord – Crakes & Sons.  The lease is for three years.

• Spraker Wealth Management leased 1,762 square feet at 543 Wymore Road, Suite 104 in Maitland Center.  Realty Capital President, Charles Frederick represented the Tenant.  The lease is for five years.

• D&R Signature Graphics leased 1,994 square feet at 4085-C L.B. McLeod Road in Orlando.  Realty Capital President, Charles Frederick represented the landlord – RealtyFund I, LLC.   The lease is for one year.

• Krystal Beauty Supply leased 1,000 square feet at 2112 Whisper Lakes Blvd. in Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Crystal Hanley, Vice President, represented the landlord – Greenway Partners III, LLC, for Whisper Lakes Villages.  The lease is for 3 years.

• Holiday Villas leased 1,338 square feet of 2918 Vineland Road in Kissimmee.  The lease is for one year.  Realty Capital’s Crystal Hanley, Vice President, represented the landlord – International Promenade.
