• Hospitality Staffing Solutions leased 2,134 square feet at 1650 Sand Lake Road at the Florida Mall Business Center.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the landlord.

• RPO Management leased 1,002 square feet at 2250 Lucien Way in the Maitland Center area.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the landlord. Mary Frances West with NAI Realvest represented the tenant.

• Doctors Associates of Orlando recently purchased a 2,742 SF office condo at 670 N Orlando Avenue at the Maitland Exchange in Maitland for just over $357,000.
