Realty Capital Facilitates More Than 28,000 Square Feet Of Office Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (June 26, 2007) -- Realty Capital, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

Electric Services Group leased 5,400 square feet at 1010 Bunnell Road, Suite 1103-1104, in Altamonte Springs. The lease is for three years. Realty Capital’s Jason Bantel, senior vice president, represented the landlord – Crakes & Sons, Inc.

Corestaff Support Services, Inc. leased 1,586 square feet at 1650 Sand Lake Road, Suite 250, in Orlando. Realty Capital Vice President Stephen Caruso and Consultant David Wright, CCIM, represented the landlord – Florida Mall Business Centre, LLC. The lease is for five years.

Realty Capital President Charles Frederick represented landlord Wilshire Plaza, LLC in the following lease transactions:

Alert Systems expanded to 5,812 square feet at 150 Wilshire Plaza in Casselberry. The lease is for four years.

Seminole County Judicial Services Department renewed its lease for 2,590 square feet at 134 Wilshire Plaza. The lease is for five years.

Frederick also facilitated a lease for Talent Rock, Inc., which took 12,772 square feet in the Lake Lucien Building in Maitland. The lease is for five years. Frederick represented the landlord – Florida Bramingham Construction.
