ORLANDO, Fla. (June 2, 2010) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

Central Florida Skate Park, LLC leased 11,400 square feet at 5403 Forsyth Commerce Road in Orlando. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Darryl Dotherow, represented the tenant.

Florida Center for Orthopaedics, Inc renewed 8,662 square feet at 10137 W Colonial Drive in Ocoee. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, and Associate, Brian Caruso, represented the landlord.

Manny’s Pizza renewed 2,312 square feet at 487 S Nova Road in Ormond Beach. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Robert Lovelace, MAI, CCIM, represented the landlord.
