Realty Capital Facilitates More Than 12,000 Square Feet Of Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (May 6, 2008) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

Physically Speaking leased 1,148 square feet of 10125 W. Colonial Drive, Suite 216, in Ocoee. The lease is for three years. Realty Capital’s Austin Caruso, Jr., Senior Vice President, represented the landlord – KCC Properties, LLC.

Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers leased 5,490 square feet at 11680 E. Colonial Dr., in Orlando. Realty Capital’s Frank Ayers represented the landlord – A.J. Stanton, Jr., et al. The lease is for ten years.

Florida Hospital Centra Care leased 4,500 square feet at Grand Oaks Village Phase III – Dr. Phillips. Realty Capital’s Elliott Jamison represented the landlord – Grand Oaks Village III, LLC.
