Realty Capital Facilitates Nearly 17,000 Square Feet Of Office Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (April 24, 2007) -- Realty Capital, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

Quest Diagnostic Laboratories leased 2,400 square feet at 10131 W. Colonial Drive, Suite 118, in Orlando. The lease is for three years. Realty Capital’s Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, senior vice president represented the landlord – West Orange Professional Center.

Goad International, Inc. leased 5,000 square feet at Pinecastle Industrial Park in Orlando. And, Diper Designers, LLC leased 7,500 square feet at the Park. Realty Capital’s Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, senior vice president, and Quentin Caruso, CCIM, vice president, represented the landlord – Gordon J. Gow Technologies, Inc.

CompSolutions, Inc. leased 1,083 square feet at 3700 34th Street, Suite 204, in Orlando. The lease is for two years. Realty Capital’s Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, senior vice president, and Barbara Trovillion Rushing, associate, represented the landlord – Harb Brothers, Inc.

William LaGrange leased 1,009 square feet at 174 Wilshire Blvd. in Casselberry. The lease is for two years. Realty Capital President Charles Frederick represented the landlord – Wilshire Plaza, LLC.
