Stellar Flooring Co. leased 3,000 square feet at 1720 N. Goldenrod Road, Suite 3, in Orlando. The lease is for five years.

Rekut Photographic leased 2,596 square feet of 114 Wilshire Blvd, in Casselberry. The lease is for 37 months. Realty Capital’s President, Charles Frederick, represented the landlord – Wilshire Plaza.

Sleep Care Solutions of Miami leased 1,487 square feet at 1561 West Fairbanks Avenue, Suite 101, in Winter Park. Realty Capital Vice President, Elliott Jamison, Vice President, Stephen Caruso, and Associate, Robbie McEwan, represented the landlord – Fairbanks, LTD. The lease is for five years.
