Realty Capital Facilitates More Than 15,000 Square Feet of Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (April 1, 2008) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

Ultimate Performance & Engineering LLC renewed their lease for 8,100 square feet of 1010 Bunnell Road, in Altamonte Springs. The lease is for three years. Realty Capital’s Jason Bantel, Senior Vice President, represented the landlord Crakes & Sons, Inc.

Bantel also facilitated a lease for North American Title which took 2,400 square feet at 3231 John Young Parkway, in Orlando. The lease is for five years. Bantel represented the landlord ATCO Partnership III.

Greg Woodham with FDV, LLC leased 1,260 square feet at 2914 Vineland Road, in Orlando. Realty Capital Vice President, Crystal Hanley, represented the landlord International Promenade. The lease is for three years

Realty Capital Vice President Crystal Hanley represented landlord Casselberry Plaza in the following lease transactions:

Cuban Café, Inc. leased 1,200 square feet at 181 Oxford Road, Suite 121, in Casselberry. The lease is for five years.

Hanley also facilitated a lease for Sham’s Caribbean Market which took 2,000 square feet in 2128 Whisper Lakes Blvd., in Orlando. The lease is for five years. Hanley represented the landlord Whisper Lakes.
