REALTY CAPITAL NEGOTIATES $5.2 MILLION LAND SALE IN METROWEST
ORLANDO, Fla. (March 28, 2006) – Realty Capital, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the market, negotiated the sale of nearly 11 acres in the MetroWest area for the development of a 216-town home project called Solaris at MetroWest. The property, located on the north side of Raleigh Street just west of Kirkman Road, sold for $5.29 million. Realty Capital’s Darryl Dotherow, senior associate; Jim Wilder, senior vice president; and Jeff Brock, CEO, represented the buyer -- Cornerstone Metro West, Inc., a subsidiary of Cornerstone Group Development, LLC. The seller was Valencia Properties, Inc.
