Realty Capital Hires Two Staff Associates
ORLANDO, Fla. (March 17, 2008) – Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate providers in the region, has hired two staff associates: Bob Lovelace as Vice President and Sarah Lovelace as Associate.
Bob Lovelace, MAI, CCIM has practiced in commercial real estate for 24 years providing private, governmental and institutional clients and employers with appraisal and consulting services, brokerage services, and development services. Lovelace obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. Lovelace has opened up a satellite office for Realty Capital in Volusia County where we will manage acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential acreage.
Sarah Lovelace is a licensed assistant to Bob Lovelace. Prior to joining Realty Capital, Sarah was a sales/leasing associate with Coldwell Bank Commercial Benchmark’s “retail” team. Sarah’s outstanding marketing research and marketing skills complimented the technical training and experience of the “retail” team members.
