Realty Capital Facilitates Over 56,000 Square Feet In Transactions
ORLANDO, Fla. (February 18, 2010) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following sale and lease transactions:

Physicians Associates recently purchased an existing 24,102 square foot building at 235 N Westmonte Drive in Altamonte Springs for $3,406,000. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, represented the buyer. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, Vice President, Quentin Caruso, CCIM, Associate, Brian Caruso, represented the seller.

Kaufman, Englett and Lynd leased 20,573 square feet at 111 N Magnolia Avenue at the Dynetech Centre in Downtown Orlando. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Elliott Jamison, and Vice President, Robbie McEwan, represented the tenant. Jeff Patterson with Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord.
