Orlando, FL (February 13, 2009) – Realty Capital welcomes John Frederick, Senior Vice President, Industrial Brokerage Services.
Prior to joining Realty Capital, John served as Vice President with Lauth Property Group, a leading national development and construction company, where he was responsible for new development in Florida. Before Lauth, John was Vice President and Florida District Manager with RREEF, a global pension fund advisor owned by Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining RREEF, John was Orlando Market Officer at ProLogis, the largest global owner and developer of distribution space. During his fourteen years in commercial real estate, John has completed over 450 transactions totaling more than 8 million square feet of space with an approximate value of $550,000,000.
