Realty Capital Facilitates More Than 24,000 Square Feet Of Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (February 4, 2008) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

Florida Outdoor Lighting leased 6,400 square feet of 7703 Kingspointe Parkway, in Orlando. The lease is for three years. Realty Capital’s Morgan Wiseman, Senior Vice President, represented the landlord – RD Keene Trust.

Longwood Sheetmetal Products, Inc. leased 5,750 square feet at 1687 Timocuan Way, Suite 101, in Longwood. Realty Capital Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, represented the landlord – Crakes & Songs, Inc. The lease is for two years.

Bantel also facilitated a lease for Health Central Hospital which took 2,500 square feet at 3724 and 3728 Winter Garden Vineland Road, in Winter Garden. The lease is for five years. Bantel and Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, James A. Wilder, represented the landlord – Marc Grimes.

Orlando English Institute leased 4,523 square feet at 1650 Sand Lake Road, Suite 100, in Orlando. The lease is for five years.

Sand Lake Rehab Clinic Corp. leased 1,223 square feet at 1650 Sand Lake Road, Suite 135, in Orlando. The least is for four years.
