Realty Capital Facilitates 49,600 Industrial Sub-Lease For Leading Wholesale Electric Supply Company
ORLANDO, Fla. (January 29, 2007) -- Summit Electric Supply, an Albuquerque, New Mexico-based wholesale electric supply company, sub-leased 49,600 square feet in the Center of Commerce industrial area on 4201 Shader Road in northwest Orlando. The facility is part of a 187,533- square-foot building owned by RREEF AMERICA REIT II CORP. The sub-landlord is Connextions, Inc., who leases the entire building.
