Realty Capital’s Stephen Caruso Facilitates 15,300 Square Feet of Leases
ORLANDO, Fla. (January 28, 2008) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, facilitated the lease of 9,800 square feet at 4789 New Broad Street in Orlando. The lease is for seven years. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Stephen Caruso, and Consultant, David Wright, represented the tenant – Accredited Surety and Casualty Co. Scott Stahley with Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord – New Broad Street II, LTD.
Caruso also facilitated the following leases:

Dr. Stephen Schreiber leased 4,110 square feet at 1561 Fairbanks Avenue, Suite 100, in Winter Park. The lease is for two years. Caruso represented the landlord – Fairbank Ltd, Inc.

Sunkist Growers leased 1,390 square feet at 2699 Lee Road, Suite 460, in Winter Park. The lease is for one year. Caruso represented the landlord – 2699 Lee Road, LLC.
