ORLANDO, Fla. (January 26, 2011) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

• Gunter Properties recently purchased 15,180 square feet for $1.82 million at 1740 Semoran Blvd in Winter Park.  Realty Capital’s Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, and Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the buyer. 

• Samki Real Estate recently purchased 3,000 square feet at The Maitland Exchange on N Orlando Avenue in Maitland.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, CCIM, Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, and Associate Alex Scures, represented the landlord. 

• Safewaste of Florida, LLC leased 1,000 square feet at 1685 Timocuan Way in Longwood. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, CCIM, represented the landlord.

• G & G Medical Group leased 1,886 square feet at 3284 Greenwald Way North in Kissimmee.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, CCIM, represented the landlord.

• Healthy Heart Realty Group leased 2,375 square feet at 905 Central Avenue in Kissimmee.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, CCIM, represented the landlord.

• NETSystems leased 1,382 square feet at 3670 Maguire Blvd. in Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, and Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the landlord. 

• Exit 10, Inc. renewed 2,700 square feet at 1010 Bunnell Road in Altamonte Springs.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, CCIM, represented the landlord.

• Journeys Counseling leased 1,485 square feet at 668 N Orange Avenue (Maitland Exchange) in Maitland.  Realty Capital’s Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, and Associate Alex Scures, represented the landlord.
