Realty Capital Facilitates More Than 20,000 Square Feet In Transactions
ORLANDO, Fla. (January 13, 2009) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

JBC Florida, LLC leased 700 square feet at 345 E. Semoran Blvd in Casselberry. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Crystal Hanley, and Associate, FJ Martinez, represented the landlord.

The Ballroom, Inc. leased 3,988 square feet at 465 S. Nova Road in Ormond Beach. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Bob Lovelace, represented the landlord.

AllPlay, LLC leased 9,100 square feet at 550 North Palmetto Ave in Sanford. The lease is for 10 years. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Elliott Jamison, represented tenant.

A.Hiy Tide Trade & Publication leased 4,250 square feet at 1687 Timocuan Way. The lease is for 5 years. Realty Capital’s Vice President, Jason Bantel, and Associate FJ Martinez, represented the landlord.
