HISTORY
Realty Capital was established in 1995 by M.W. Jeff Brock and is a full service commercial real estate services company operating throughout the seven-county Central Florida area. It is one of the few and largest privately owned commercial real estate brokerages in town.
Over our 15-year history, the firm has grown to over 30 team members. We currently manage 22 properties, and in the last five years we have sold 1.4 million square feet of real estate, and leased 3.9 million square feet.
Realty Capital offers clients expertise in brokerage, property management, development and investment services. Specifically, the firm works with clients to buy, sell and manage properties; secure leases for tenants, and work with clients on land development opportunities. Principals at the firm also engage in investment and development – bringing that invaluable perspective to clients.
It maintains affiliation with Florida Commercial Brokers Network, providing clients access to services across the U.S. and internationally.
