M.W. Jeffrey Brock, CCIM, SIOR

CEO

Jeff Brock founded and has successfully managed Realty Capital from a start-up to one of the largest commercial real estate companies in Central Florida, with more than 40 people and total sales of nearly $100 million.  Brock also co-founded RealtyFund, Inc., a real estate investment company, and Florida Centres, Inc., a retail development company.  Prior to starting Realty Capital, Brock served as director of Investment Services for Lincoln Property Company; worked in the investment division of Colliers International in Toronto, and was a financial analyst with Salomon Brothers in New York.

President

Charles Frederick has been in the real estate business for more than 16 years and has more than $100 million in leasing transactions to his credit, often closing more than 100 transactions each year.  Along with Brock, he has expanded the firm’s service offerings and expertise to include property management and company-led investment and development.  He has represented numerous institutional clients such as Bank of America and Columbia Hospital, as well as entrepreneurial ownership groups.
