Over the last 26 years, Morgan Wiseman has been active  in the Central Florida commercial real estate market.  He has also completed assignments in select metropolitan areas throughout Florida and the southeastern U.S.  Prior to joining Realty Capital, he enjoyed positions with CB Commercial and Cushman & Wakefield.
