CAREER SUMMARY

A native of Jacksonville, FL, Bill Stephens has been in the Real Estate business in Orlando for over 25 years. After selling his residential company in 1986, he ventured into commercial real estate with a large local developer. He then worked with Koger Equity in Orlando for 15 years as a senior leasing representative and handled of over 1 million sf of office space. In late 2005, Bill joined Realty Capital to continue his office leasing representation, develop small office properties and perform general real estate brokerage.
