Edward Rogner has been in the real estate and building business in the Central Florida area since 1978 as a realtor, developer, builder and commercial broker. During that time he has been involved in a wide variety of brokerage, development and investment projects. Since the early 1990's, Ed has focused on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties with an emphasis on multifamily and office, as well as site selection assignments for numerous local and national clients. As Sr. Vice President of Realty Capital, Ed has successfully negotiated a significant number of office and multifamily transactions in Central and Southeast Florida.
