CAREER SUMMARY

In 2011, Robbie closed over 60 leasing and investment transactions totalling over 400,000 SF and valued at over $30 million. Robbie puts solid local relationships, market knowledge and sound financial principles to work for his clients.

Robbie attended Boone High School and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Florida. He obtained a Master’s in Business Administration from Rollins’ Crummer Graduate School on a part-time basis while working as a full-time Senior Development Officer, raising money for Rollins College on a national scale. Robbie is a third generation Orlando native.

• Awarded the Top Three Award in 2010 and 2011, recognizing the firm's three brokers who achieved the highest revenue.

• Awarded the William T. Brock Award in 2011 for applying vision, skill and persistence in overcoming obstacles to close an outstanding real estate transaction for the sale of a 225,000 square foot office park valued at $17.5 million.

• Awarded the Breakthrough award from Realty Capital in 2010, highlighting a junior associate's

  ability to overcome the hardships of the business and achieve significant production.

• Added over 300,000 square feet to Realty Capital's exclusive office listing portfolio in 2009.

• Established multiple corporate relationships, providing investment sales, leasing and tenant/buyer representation for Rosemont Realty, Full Sail University, Sugar Oak Management Services, Children's Home Society of Florida and RJ Griffin Construction.
