James A. Wallace is currently the Vice President of Residential & Commercial Brokerage. Prior to joining the Realty Capital team, Jim spent many years as the Central Florida Land Acquisition Manager for The Lennar Corporation where his primary responsibility was negotiating large-scale acquisitions & dispositions for one of America’s most successful land development & homebuilding companies. Jim began his career in land development in Upstate New York where he was a Lease & Resolution Manager for Fortuna Energy & a Lease Acquisition Manager for Mason Dixson Energy.
