Charles Frederick has been in the real estate business for over 20 years and has more than $200 million in leasing and sales transactions to his credit, often closing more than 100 transactions per year.  He has represented institutional clients such as Bank of America, Phoenix Home Life, SouthTrust Bank and Columbia Hospital, as well as entrepreneurial ownership groups.
